What do we take care of?
- Airport meet and greet by flight. Delegates arrive at different times, so we schedule by flight. The chauffeur follows the plane and waits at no extra cost if it is late.
- Hotel – venue – hotel shuttles. Morning and evening, on the programme’s timetable, with as many cars or vans as needed.
- VIP cars for speakers and guests of honour. Mercedes S-Class and E-Class, with a dedicated chauffeur for each if needed.
- Dinners, excursions and team building. Vans to a restaurant, a winery, the mountains or the seaside and back.
- Airport departures. Again by flight, so nobody misses their plane.
- Intercity transfers. When the event is in Plovdiv, Bansko, Borovets or on the coast and the delegates land in Sofia.
Why transport is the riskiest part of an event
The venue, the catering and the programme are prepared weeks ahead and rarely change. Transport changes every hour: a flight is late, a speaker arrives a day early, a group wants to leave the dinner later. That is why every event we serve has one person responsible for transport, who knows where everyone is and can send an extra car at once. Our group has about 200 sedans, 50 minivans, 100 vans and about 20 Mercedes S-Class and E-Class cars, so we do not depend on last-minute subcontractors.

Events outside Sofia: how long is the drive from the airport?
Many conferences and company meetings take place in Plovdiv, in the mountains or on the coast, while delegates land at Sofia Airport. These are the approximate distances we plan the schedule with:
- Sofia Airport – Plovdiv: about 150 km, 1 h 45 min, on the Trakia motorway.
- Sofia Airport – Borovets: about 75 km, 1 h 30 min.
- Sofia Airport – Bansko: about 155 km, 2 h 15 min.
- Sofia Airport – Pamporovo: about 230 km, 3 h 30 min.
- Sofia Airport – Burgas: about 390 km, 4 h 15 min.
For events outside Sofia we suggest that delegates on the same flight travel together in a minivan or van, while speakers and VIP guests get a separate car so they arrive rested.
Example: what a conference schedule looks like
Say 80 delegates arrive for a two-day conference in Plovdiv on six different flights to Sofia. On day one we run six trips from the airport on the flight times, with vans for the large groups and sedans for single travellers. Speakers arrive by Mercedes. In the evening vans take everyone from the hotel to the restaurant and back. On day two there is a hotel – venue shuttle in the morning, and in the afternoon we take delegates back to the airport, again by flight. All of this is in one schedule you receive in advance, with the chauffeurs’ names and the coordinator’s phone number.
